Due to the nature of the products we create, and the fact that each one is unique to the individual, we do not offer a refund policy.
For 3d Castings, Raised Impressions and Ceramic Imprints, we discuss during the appointment the positioning of hands and also agree that we will send on an image of the cast or print no later than 24hrs after the appointment. This will give you time to ensure you are happy with the results. If not then on some occasions we may have you back in the studio to take another mould, however this is only in certain situations. The final positioning (in particular for 3d Castings) is unique to each person and we cannot create a position that you may have a preference to, such as an open hand. We can however advise how best to help child move into this position.
The same applies to personalised jewellery. As items are unique and personalised we offer a strict no refund policy.
